Our family business has been in existence for over 30 years and is based in Drestedt, about a 10-minute drive from Buchholz in the Nordheide region.
We primarily manufacture inductive transducers. We are happy to solve our customers’ problems in the areas of measurement technology, electronic controls and special sensors. Voß family
The measuring probes utilise the proven principle of the inductive half-bridge. This enables completely hysteresis-free measurement. The measuring pins are mounted in high-precision ball guides. The measuring probe is largely protected against mechanical stress by its robust housing.
This measuring probe is pneumatically operated. The illustration shows the probe in its rest position, i.e. with the measuring bolt retracted. This means that the probe tip is approx. 6 mm away from the workpiece when it is inserted. When 2 bar of pressure is applied to the probe, the probe axis moves forward. The measuring air must be clean and dry (use a fine filter).
These probes are suitable for measuring tasks where, in addition to the high resolution of inductive probes, a large measuring range is particularly important. The built-in electrical transmission ratio of 1:10 extends the set measuring ranges of the measuring system tenfold when using these probes.
